Yacht Project Manager (Italy)

We are seeking a highly motivated Yacht Project Manager to join a dynamic and ambitious team. This individual will oversee high-value superyacht refit projects and ensure the successful delivery of complex shipyard operations. As a Yacht Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:  – Leading and managing comprehensive superyacht refit and high-value shipyard projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.  
– Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver superior project outcomes.  
– Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules while consistently identifying opportunities to optimize resources and costs.  
– Acting as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and updates throughout the scope of the project.  
– Coordinating technical teams and ensuring work is conducted safely and in compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.  
– Resolving project-related challenges effectively and fostering a problem-solving environment.  
– Staying up-to-date with industry trends, methodologies, and market developments to improve projects and processes.
