Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with the project's contractual clauses: Ensure the appropriation and implementation
of contractual commitments by the project's internal actors
Guarantee of the provision of all contractual deliverables to the client until they are received
Monitors and enforces contractual limits of supplies and customer
Respects internal processes and procedures
Monitors and carries out contractual exchanges (archiving all contractual correspondence, ensuring
the follow-up and closure of issued actions, processing various contractual correspondence)
Guarantee the management and planning of the project
Organizes and leads meetings with the actors involved in the project in order to make choices and assign priorities, according to the various constraints (technical, economic and legal)
Defines with the project collaborators the objectives and deadlines for the completion of the various tasks (task scheduling, provisional schedule)
Organizes and leads the project team to meet the needs of the project
Sends to each of his project team members the allocated objectives (Cost, time, deadline, etc.)
Manages the project schedule, approves changes and ensures that the terms of the contract are met.
Control the profitability of the project (turnover, margin)
Manages and negotiates additional offers relating to the project (quotes, amendments, etc.) in accordance with the commercial objectives of the project
Identifies and manages project risks and opportunities to minimize claims and penalties and optimize margin improvements
Defines the appropriate strategy for complaints against the Customer, partners, subcontractors
Negotiates with the Client, partners and subcontractors
Implements indicators for project monitoring, quality control and budget compliance (turnover, RO, Cash flow, etc.)
Ensures invoicing and payment follow-up
Leads the project with the objective of return on investment and constantly monitors the evolution of their profitability
Proposes to the management the use of exceptional measures to compensate for excesses or improve profitability
Analyzes the results obtained and adjusts any gaps (between forecasts and realizations) that may
exist by taking corrective actions
Management of the internal/external relationship
Prepares and issues periodic project reviews detailing the financial situation and progress of the project
Is the main interface of the Client and partners for negotiations and to resolve contractual issues
Ensures the satisfaction of direct customers and end-users/operations

Mastery of project management fundamentals
Appetite for commercial relations (preparation of offers, negotiation, contract management)
Knowledge of Project Financial Management (Margin, Cost to Completion, BOM value, ...)
Taste for teamwork, organization, rigor, autonomy and tenacity
Sense of customer relations, interpersonal skills
Legal concepts, drafting and synthesis quality
Proficiency in office automation: PowerPoint, Excel and Word, MS Project
English required
