Senior Rigging Technician

As a Senior Rigger you will be responsible for stepping and commissioning a variety of projects from superyachts to race yachts and expected to deliver the highest standards within the marine industry. Rigging, sailing, practical maintenance of
masts and booms will be your primary roles. To get your goals, you will work together with an experienced team of Project Managers, other Riggers, Designers, Contractors and Mast Technicians.
 
Main Responsibilities
 
To keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary.
To identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products.
To contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions.
To be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project.
To understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timeline, estimates and proposal.
To liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders.
 
What we need from you
 
Around 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Professional sailing experience or working as shore crew.
Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an
advantage.
University Degree or related.
Proficiency level of English.
Driving licence
