Project Manager / Interior Designer

Great design is often lost in the transition from paper to site. We are looking for a rare hybrid: a visionary designer with the technical backbone of a seasoned Project Manager. This role is for a professional who finds as much satisfaction in a perfectly executed budget as they do in a hand-sketched concept.

You will steer a dedicated team through the entire project lifecycle, moving from high-level steering committee presentations to the grit of on-site contractor management. This is a position for a strategist who can mentor junior talent while maintaining a sharp eye on the commercial viability of a global portfolio.

The Core Mandate

• Creative Ownership: Translate complex briefs into exceptional conceptual designs, utilizing a sophisticated command of colour, texture, and FF&E.
• Strategic Leadership: Take full accountability for project deliverables, navigating timelines and budgets with absolute precision.
• Site Authority: Act as the primary interface between the studio and sub-contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure design integrity is never compromised.
• Business Influence: Work directly with the Directors to refine studio strategy, improve operational efficiency, and mature existing client relationships.

Your Credentials

• Experience: You possess a minimum of 10 years’ post-graduate experience within the interior design or project management field.
• Technical Fluency: You are expert in 2D and 3D CAD environments; experience with Vectorworks is highly regarded.
• Communication: You can present at a high level, visualizing and explaining complex concepts to clients and stakeholders with ease.
• Leadership: A proven track record of managing and briefing design teams on live, high-stakes projects.
