Are you an expert in Autocad and keen to work on bringing the final stages of reality to the worlds most exclusive interiors?
SYR continue to support one of the worlds most famous superyacht designers as they seek an Interior CAD Technician to join them, tasked with producing highly accurate and detailed 2D CAD for use by shipyards, interior manufacturers and classification societies.
Working on projects of up to and above 100m, this is a chance to join one of the best. Reporting into the senior design team the role will inlcude the following duties:
- Creating detailed CAD Drawings received from 3D models for use by a variety of external stakeholders
- Ensuring drawings are highly accurate, feasible and include all the detail required by each external partner
- Supporting the 3D and concept teams through ensuring feasibility of their designs
In a candidate we seek someone with strong CAD skills and time spent working in superyacht interiors or high end furniture. You'll be passionate about producing the top standard of work and be highly accurate in producing and storgae of Autocad files for a variety of uses. Joining a team of 50+ you'll be a self starter, able to work with 3d models and withour supervision to meet stringent quality and time deadlines.
