The Role
As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will transition from academic theory to the practical application of marine architecture and mechanical systems. You will work on the end-to-end development of professional-grade craft, including search and rescue, patrol, and specialized commercial vessels.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who possesses both technical rigor and the resilience required for life in a remote northern outpost.

Academic Background: A degree (BEng, MEng, or MSc) in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Technical Proficiency: Strong foundational knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, suitable for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Administrative Eligibility: Strictly required: Full, unrestricted right to work within Europe. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this specific graduate intake.
