Key Responsibilities:
– To keep up to date with all project communication with the ability to provide knowledgeable input when necessary.
– To identify customer needs and propose to fulfil them with the appropriate company services or products.
– To contribute to the development of technical and practical solutions.
– To be able to communicate effectively with all parties involved within the project.
– To understand project budgets and contribute to the development of project timeline, estimates and proposal.
– To liaise on multiple international projects and stakeholders.
Technical skills
– Around 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
– Professional sailing experience or working as shore crew.
– Experience with carbon fibre products, mechanical works and understanding of hydraulics/electrical systems will be an advantage.
– University Degree or related.
– Proficiency level of English.
– Driving license.
Personal skills
